At 360 Arts BLVD, advocacy starts with listening.
What We’re Building
We’re developing a data-informed approach to advocacy, one that begins with listening and ends with action. As we gather feedback and observe patterns within our creative community, we’ll surface sector trends, identify gaps in support, and share meaningful insights with the broader field. The goal is to use lived experience as a tool for strategy, storytelling, and systems change.
What We’re Tracking
We're focused on gathering insight that reflects the day-to-day reality of creative professionals. This includes what kinds of projects artists are developing, how they’re funding and sustaining their work, and what kinds of barriers — or breakthroughs — they’re encountering. We're also paying close attention to what creatives say they need most, especially when existing systems fall short.
How We’ll Share
Our findings won’t live in a spreadsheet. We’re committed to sharing what we learn in accessible, creative ways. This might take the form of quarterly updates, annual reports, storytelling spotlights, and community conversations, all designed to put artist experience at the center.
How We Plug In
As we grow, we’re preparing to contribute to larger conversations about cultural equity, economic access, artist pay, and more. Our insights will help shape local creative economy initiatives, regional partnerships, and national conversations that advocate for artists as essential members of the workforce.
Why It Matters
Artists know what’s working and what’s broken. The BLVD exists to amplify that knowledge so it can help shape funding, policy, practice, and culture. By making creative insight visible, we help build an arts ecosystem that listens, learns, and evolves.
